Processing of ThermoWhite WD products on the construction site

Here, the installation by means of the ThermoWhite System MixMobile is shown. In principle, installation with the ThermoWhite ready-to-use products in the 100 and 200 liter bags works in the same way.

1. raw installation
Completed installation work before laying ThermoWhite thermal and impact sound insulation.
2. processing ThermoWhite
After completion of the laying work, the ThermoWhite insulation fill is installed. The material is compacted and drawn down to the intended level according to plan.
3. thermoWhite installed
During installation, the installation lines are seamlessly wrapped by ThermoWhite and thus insulated.
4. laying foils, panels and underfloor heating.
After the drying time, foils or panels can be laid on ThermoWhite. If necessary, the underfloor heating can be laid afterwards.
5. screed laying
The next step is the laying of the screed (in this example, flowing screed). The screed is also laid to the desired level according to the plan.
6. floor laying
Finally, the desired floor is installed on the screed.
